Weber Dry RBV

PRODUCT:

dry RBV is a ready to use cold applied bitumen emulsion modified with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), to provide a tough durable and elastic coating. The cured film is weatherproof and resistant to aggressive ground salts.

PROPERTIES:

• Single component, odorless, nonflammable and easy to apply tough impermeable film with good resistance to rupture during back filling.

• Excellent adhesion to concrete

• Sufficient elasticity to accommodate small movements and hairline cracks.

• Suitable for application into damp surfaces.

• Asbestos free, it can be applied in cold and confined spaces.

• Resist attack from chloride and sulphate ions, excellent resistance to extreme of temperature, avoiding risk of flow or embrittlement.

• Non-toxic, Eco friendly

SCOPE OF USE:

• Waterproofing of wet areas (kitchens, bathrooms, elevators shaft,…)

• Tanking and waterproofing concrete and brick foundation, retaining wall, bridge abutments, basements, columns etc.

• Damp proof membrane in sandwich construction, vapor seal.

• Maintenance of many types of roofs including built up felt asphalt, lead, zinc, aluminium, concrete, light weight screeds, timber, slate, asbestos, cement, corrugated iron,..

• As a vapor barrier of cladded walls

• Adhesive for bonding wooden flooring and substrates.

• Curing membrane along with protective coating for sub structures
