Recommended use
Polyfiller is permanent repair to plaster, brick, stone, wood, etc, before painting or other finishes which can be used for the following fields:
- Skimming expanded polystyrene and asbestos for easy painting
- For filling cracks in wood work, defective paint work and gaps between floor boards
- Mixed with mineral wool, it can be used for pipe lagging
- As sculpting and modeling material
- For fixing plaster board panels

Step by Step
Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete surface of all contaminants like oil and grease, traces of curing compound and loosely adhering particles.
Application
Polyfiller shall be mixed with water to achieve required consistency. Apply the mixed mortar with a putty knife evenly on to the concrete surface within its working time. Allow the coat to partly set before finally sanding it to achieve a smooth finish. For achieving a very smooth finish, sprinkle water on the surface and smoothen the surface with the putty knife.Working Time (hrs)
